Deposit
To secure your date for any bar package or floral rental, a $100 deposit is required. This deposit kicks off your booking and planning process, so we can start making your event beautiful!Payment Plans
We get it—spreading out payments can make planning easier. That’s why we offer customizable payment plans that work for your schedule. The full balance just needs to be paid at least 30 days before your event.Each installment may include payment processing fees based on your chosen method:
Credit/debit cards: 2.9% of the transaction plus a fixed fee
ACH (for orders over $250): 1% processing fee
These fees will be applied to each payment. You’ll receive invoices or payment requests for each scheduled installment through your preferred payment method.
Please note: Missing a payment may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit, so we encourage staying on track with your plan.

No, as a dry bar service, we do not provide or sell alcohol. We supply everything else you need—mixers, garnishes, cups, and expert bartenders—but the client is responsible for providing their own spirits. This ensures compliance with licensing laws and gives you control over your drink selections.

Deposit Refund & Credit
The $100 deposit is refundable within 7 days of payment if you cancel more than 30 days before the event.
After this 7-day refundable window, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability.
Note: Any payment processing fees incurred on the deposit are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Event
If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus:The non-refundable $100 deposit (after the initial refundable window),
Any payment processing fees incurred, and
A $50 administrative fee to cover booking and cancellation processing costs.
Alternatively, you may choose to apply your deposit and any payments (minus processing fees) as credit toward a future booking within 6 months of the original event date, subject to availability.
Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Event
The deposit and any additional payments made are non-refundable.
Note: Payment processing fees on all transactions are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.Business Cancellation
If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit and any payment processing fees. -
Tips are always so appreciated but never expected — and we will never automatically add gratuity to your bill. That decision is entirely yours and your guests'. If you'd like to make tipping easy for guests, we're happy to set out a tip jar or a small sign with a QR code at the bar. If you'd prefer to keep the bar tip-free, just let us know when booking and we'll set up accordingly — no questions asked. Our goal is for your event to feel comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

Travel is calculated as a round trip from our home base in Longmont, CO (80504). All travel up to 100 miles round trip is included at no additional charge. For events beyond 100 miles, mileage starts at $25 and a custom travel quote will be provided with your booking estimate. This policy applies to all bar setups — Onsite Bar, Bloom Bar, and the Petal Pour Trailer.
